This page has a little basic information about a Slick Fork Saddle Shop

are custom built saddles you can then contact me if you would like to
talk about having a saddle built so we can talk about your needs, the type of horses you will be riding, and what you would like. Delivery
time will depend on how many orders are ahead of you. With a flat plate riggin my saddles have been weighing from 38 to 41 lbs depending on the
seat length and the stirrup choice and other options.
My
base price is currently $2700.00. That is figured for a flat plate riggin
.A simple beaded border would be figured in on the base. The base price
is for the materials, overhead costs and the labor to build the
saddle. If you want special patterns then the cost will be more. The base price will raise from time to time so keep that
in mind. For that price you get a saddle with a custom tree built by Slick Fork Saddle Shop that carries a 5 year guarantee. You get a saddle built out of Hermann Oak #1 13/15oz saddle skirting. Real shearling lining
on the skirts. Hardware by Harwood Saddlery in either bronze or stainless steel. 3" back chinch lined with latigo and latigo lined billets. Latigo and half breed latigo
included. 2" stirrups that are either brass or stainless steel bound depending on the hardware you chose. 3/8" latigo saddle strings and decorated leather conchos. Either a straight up cantle binding or a baby cheyenne
roll. 3" stirrup leathers with twists and Blevins buckles. Cross over
rope strap with horn wrap. Tooling cost depends on what you order and how
much labor is involved. If you want other options you can contact me for the added cost. You get a lot of features that are included for the base price that are usually extra.
